How do I book a tour?
Choose your tour and date, enter your details and pay the deposit online by card (Izipay) or PayPal. You will receive an instant confirmation by email.
How much is the deposit?
Usually 30% of the total. Tours with permits (Inca Trail) require 40%. The balance can be paid online before the trip or in cash in Cusco.
Can I cancel or change my date?
Yes. Date changes are free up to 30 days before, subject to availability. See our payment and refund policy for cancellations.
Machu Picchu
Are Machu Picchu tickets included?
Yes, all our Machu Picchu tours include the entrance ticket, bus and official guide.
What documents do I need?
Your original passport (or national ID for Peruvians and South American citizens), the same one used for the booking.
Health & altitude
How do I avoid altitude sickness?
Rest on your first day in Cusco, drink plenty of water and coca tea, eat light and avoid alcohol for the first 48 hours.
Do I need travel insurance?
It is not mandatory but highly recommended, especially for treks.
