Terms and conditions

By booking any service with NC Travel Cusco you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations

A booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit indicated on each tour and the travelers' full details (name, passport number, nationality and date of birth). For services with limited permits (Machu Picchu, Inca Trail, Huayna Picchu), availability is only guaranteed once the ticket has been purchased.

2. Prices

Prices are per person, in US dollars, and include only the services listed under «Included». Prices may change due to government rate increases for entrance fees or trains.

3. Travel documents

Each traveler must carry the same passport or ID used for the booking. Student discounts require a valid international student card (ISIC) or university ID.

4. Health and physical condition

Travelers must inform us of any medical condition, allergy or dietary requirement. Treks at high altitude require a good physical condition. We recommend travel insurance covering medical assistance and cancellation.

5. Changes by the operator

For safety reasons (weather, strikes, landslides, government decisions) we may modify the itinerary, always offering an equivalent alternative.

6. Responsibility

NC Travel Cusco acts as tour operator and is not responsible for delays or cancellations of third parties (airlines, trains) nor for lost belongings.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any claim may be filed through our Complaints Book.
