Payment and refund policy

Clear rules so you can book with confidence.

Payment methods

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners) through Izipay, a certified Peruvian payment gateway.
• PayPal, with your balance or any card.
• Bank transfer or cash at our office in Cusco (on request).

Deposit and balance

To secure your spot you pay the deposit shown on each tour (usually 30%). Tours that require permits or train tickets may need a higher deposit. The balance must be paid online before the trip or in cash upon arrival in Cusco.

Cancellations by the traveler

• More than 30 days before departure: refund of the amount paid minus non-refundable tickets and permits and bank fees.
• Between 29 and 15 days: 50% of the amount paid is refunded (minus tickets already purchased).
• Less than 15 days or no-show: no refund.

Inca Trail and Machu Picchu tickets are nominal and non-refundable by the government; date or name changes are not allowed.

Date changes

You can change the date of your tour free of charge up to 30 days before, subject to availability and to ticket rules.

Refund process

Refunds are made through the same payment method within 15 business days. Payment gateway fees are not refundable.
