Flight Arrival & Departure Logistics: Your flight to Cusco (CUZ) must arrive by 10:30 AM on Day 1 to ensure participation in the afternoon City Tour. Departure airport transfers on Day 4 are scheduled according to your flight details.

Passport Policy: Original physical passports are required for hotel check-in, train boarding, and entering Machu Picchu. Photos or digital copies are not accepted by rail or park authorities.

Single Accommodation Base: You will return to your Cusco hotel every evening. Main luggage can remain in your hotel room throughout the stay, eliminating the need to re-pack between destinations.

Non-Refundable Ticket Policy: Machu Picchu citadel permits, train passes, and tourist bus transfers issued by government and private carriers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and bound to fixed reservation slots.

Site Entrances & Fees: Package includes transfers, professional guides, and full Machu Picchu transport. Local site permits (Boleto Turístico del Cusco and Qoricancha entrance) are paid separately on-site in Peruvian Soles (cash) unless pre-booked as an all-inclusive package.

👋 When you arrive at the Cusco airport in the morning, our team will warmly welcome you and transfer you to the hotel where you’ll be staying.
🌄 Take this first moment to feel the unique energy of the Andes and allow your body to acclimate to the altitude of 3,400 meters above sea level.
🏛️ Archaeological City Tour
🕐 At 12:50 p.m., we’ll pick you up at your hotel to begin an unforgettable afternoon of discoveries.
From 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., we’ll take the Archaeological City Tour, a journey through the history and culture of the capital of the Inca Empire.📍 Our tour includes:
✨ Qoricancha – Temple of the Sun, the holiest site in the empire.
✨ Sacsayhuamán, an imposing fortress built with gigantic stone blocks.
✨ Qenqo, a mysterious ceremonial center.
✨ Pucapucara, an ancient military fortress.

At the end of the tour, you’ll be dropped off near the charming Plaza de Armas, the heart of Cusco.

Day 2Cusco – Sacred Valley of the Incas

At 7:30 a.m., we’ll begin a tour of the most iconic sites in the Sacred Valley.
🔹 1st Stop – Pisac Archaeological Complex
Our first stop will be the ruins of the town of Pisac, famous for its enormous agricultural terraces, ceremonial temples, and viewpoints offering spectacular views of the Sacred Valley.🔹 2nd Stop – Lunch in the town of Urubamba
We’ll take a break to enjoy authentic Andean cuisine at a local restaurant.🔹 3rd Stop – Ollantaytambo Archaeological Complex
In the afternoon, we’ll explore the imposing complex in the town of Ollantaytambo, a former Inca fortress and ceremonial center. Its monumental walls and stone streets preserve the grandeur of this gem of ancient engineering.🔹 4th Stop – Chinchero Archaeological Complex
In the traditional town of Chinchero, we’ll visit its archaeological complex and appreciate the fusion of Inca heritage with colonial architecture, as well as enjoy the vibrant colors of the local craft markets.🌙 Return to Cusco
After an unforgettable day exploring the treasures of the Sacred Valley, we’ll return to Cusco in the early evening. We’ll drop off at Plaza Regocijo, located next to the famous Plaza de Armas.Enjoy the evening in Cusco by strolling through its illuminated historic streets and choosing one of the charming local restaurants for dinner.
Day 3Cusco - Machu Picchu – Cusco

At 4:00 a.m., we’ll pick you up at your hotel in Cusco and take you to the charming Ollantaytambo train station.🚆 Train ride to Aguas Calientes
At 6:10 a.m., we’ll board a panoramic train bound for Aguas Calientes. During the journey, you’ll be able to admire breathtaking views of the Andes and the Sacred Valley.🤝 Arrival in Aguas Calientes
Upon exiting the station, a host will greet you and accompany you to the bus stop for the bus that takes you up to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu.🏞️ Guided Tour of Machu Picchu
Get ready to be amazed! On a guided tour lasting approximately 2 hours, we’ll explore the terraces, temples, and plazas of this Inca city, considered one of the 7 Wonders of the Modern World.

How does this option differ from the 4-day package with an overnight stay in Aguas Calientes?
In this traditional itinerary, you keep the same hotel in Cusco for all three nights. You won't need to move luggage or check out between days. Day 3 is conducted as a full-day round-trip excursion from Cusco to Machu Picchu and back.
What time should I book my flights for Day 1 and Day 4?
On Day 1, land in Cusco by 10:30 AM to allow time for hotel check-in and acclimation before your afternoon tour. On Day 4, you can schedule an afternoon or evening flight to enjoy extra morning time exploring Cusco's historic streets, local markets, and restaurants.
What items are essential for the Day 3 full-day trip to Machu Picchu?
Pack a small daypack with your original physical passport, local cash (Peruvian Soles) for lunch and personal expenses, sunscreen, insect repellent, a rain poncho, a reusable water bottle, and any personal medications.
